What does shipping cost?

A$7.95 within Australia, and free over A$80.00. The amount is shown before you pay.

How long does delivery take?

7 to 12 business days in total: 1 to 3 business days to get your order ready and 6 to 9 business days in transit. We count in business days, not calendar days.

Where does my order ship from?

From the warehouse of our production partner in Zhejiang, China. The last leg is carried by a local carrier in Australia.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You get a tracking number by email once the parcel is with the carrier, and you follow it on the tracking page. The first scan can take 24 to 48 hours.

How do I return something?

You have 14 days from delivery. Email support@elowenne.com with your order number and you get the return address and a reference. Everything is in the returns policy.

What size should I take?

Sizes are the maker’s own: S, M, L and XL. Every item lists the measurements. See also the size guide.

Are duties included?

There are no import duties or customs charges for you on delivery within Australia. The price on your order is the price you pay.
