Where we ship

Elowenne ships within Australia. What you pay for shipping depends on your order total and is shown before you pay.

All amounts are in Australian dollars. The A$7.95 rate applies to orders up to A$79.99. From A$80.00 shipping is free.

Where your order ships from

Orders leave the warehouse of our production partner in Zhejiang, China, by international post or courier. The last leg is carried by a local carrier in Australia. The carrier's name is in your shipping confirmation.

Handling time

We get your order ready in 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on a business day before 14:00 are picked up the same day or the next business day. We do not ship at weekends or on public holidays.

Delivery time

After dispatch, transit takes 6 to 9 business days. With handling that is 7 to 12 business days in total. We always count in business days and never in calendar days, so the window written here is the one you actually get.

Tracking

As soon as your parcel is with the carrier you get a tracking number by email. The first scan can appear 24 to 48 hours after dispatch. Follow your parcel on the tracking page.

If something goes wrong

If your parcel has not arrived 7 business days after the expected delivery date, email support@elowenne.com with your order number. We chase it with the carrier and tell you where it stands within one business day.

Duties and taxes

There are no import duties or customs charges for you on delivery within Australia. The price on your order is the price you pay.
